PROJECTS & PUBLIC MONEY

Follow the plan.
Follow the money.

Public investments shape the places we share. Track the City’s published plans, funding, and the questions that still need answers.

Read the dates: the City’s capital-project status snapshot is dated July 8, 2026. Later project pages may have newer projections. We don’t treat an elapsed target date as proof that work is complete.

THE PUBLISHED CAPITAL PROGRAM

What’s allocated for FY2027.

Selected capital costs reported by the City on July 8, 2026. These figures are fiscal-year allocations, rather than lifetime project costs or verified expenditure.

Allocation ≠ expenditure.

An allocation describes planned fiscal-year capital costs. To assess delivery, also look for contracts, amendments, payment records, and accepted work.

The garden’s $7 million in awarded grants is a different measure from its $6.35 million FY2027 capital allocation.
