Southeast Gateway Line: official Metro project record
Metro lists the project in design, with an estimated 2035 completion. The future line and Pioneer Station are not current rail service.

Reviewed October 21, 2026. This site is a curated research snapshot. It does not automatically update when an agency changes a page.
We prioritize City agendas, meeting summaries, adopted plans, official project pages, and the responsible service providers. A council summary establishes a recorded action; it does not establish how each member voted unless individual votes are documented.
Our review date is different from the date measured or published. The capital program explicitly describes a July 8, 2026 snapshot. Current project pages may contain later projections. A passed target date does not prove work has happened.
A grant award, annual capital allocation, contract, payment, and completed project are different records. We label the measure shown and do not combine them into a misleading total or a numerical city rating.
Missing figures stay missing. We have not established a comprehensive FY2026–27 budget total, audited spending, current citywide crime trends, housing affordability trends, or a complete individual voting record for this edition. We make no causal claim about council performance.
The geographic map uses OpenStreetMap base tiles and address-level point locations. Map point provenance and approximation notes are supplied with each place. Points are locators, not parcel boundaries, project footprints, transit service areas, or official city limits. The homepage town art and preview motif are illustrative.
All five names come from the certified City list, displayed alphabetically by surname. Incumbency follows that list. Candidate statements are linked as campaign-authored source material without endorsing their claims.
