PUT GOOD QUESTIONS TO EVERY CANDIDATE

Beyond a campaign slogan.

01 / PUBLIC MONEY

What is funded, and how?

Ask how a proposal would be paid for, what it costs to operate, and which budget document supports the answer.

02 / DELIVERY

What will residents see?

Ask for specific milestones on parks, crossings, and downtown improvements—and what evidence will show they were met.

03 / ACCOUNTABILITY

How will you explain your vote?

Ask how residents can follow decisions, identify conflicts, and receive clear explanations when plans change.

These are Artesia Watch’s suggested questions, applied equally to every candidate. We do not rank candidates or infer party affiliation.
